Case Study: Donald Parks
James and Debbie Kramer of Detroit, Michigan were getting married in Saint Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Debbie's grandfather Donald (a recent widower from Phoenix, Arizona) wants to attend the wedding, but he had hip replacement surgery six months ago and he fears that the stress of travel would be too much to bear. Debbie's friend suggested The Trusted Traveler. Mr. Parks called the corporate office and decided to initiate The Trusted Travelers Private Nurse Transport Service.. A Licensed Registered Nurse was dispatched to Phoenix to assist Mr. Parks, and prepare him for his five-day journey to Saint Croix, USVI. The Trusted Traveler handled all the ticketing and hotel arrangements. The nurse coordinated all of Mr. Parks' medical needs and assisted him to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The nurse coordinated Mr. Parks' transportation to the gate, assisted him with his wheelchair, and helped him to his seat on the airplane. When the aircraft arrived at Henry Rohlsen Airport in Saint Croix, the nurse escorted Mr. Parks out of the gate area, collected his luggage, and coordinated his trip to the two-bedroom villa he had rented for the duration of the trip. The nurse completed her mission and successfully accompanied Mr. Parks back to his home in Phoenix, Arizona. |
