The Trusted Traveler uses one agent for one delivery. We are not like any other courier service because the only job that our agent handles is your job. Your “package” will not be bundled with other packages as it would with our competitors. When a client calls our offices, we dispatch an agent that stays with your “package” throughout the delivery while never letting it out of his or her line of sight. What The Trusted Traveler Will NOT Deliver:

Anything that is hazardous, flammable, combustible, corrosive, or anything that is illegal, unlawful, or forbidden by any governing authority at the point of pick-up or delivery. The Trusted Traveler reserves the right to inspect all packages.

Frequently Asked Questions

I need a package delivered securely. Can it be there by tomorrow?

Our one-to-one, point-to-point courier service guarantees that your package will be where you want it to be. The Trusted Traveler agent will only be delivering your package, and is working only for you. There are no intermediaries involved in the delivery process.

Can you deliver something the same day?

In many cases, yes we can. If we are given enough lead time, a package can be delivered the same day domestically or in as little as 24 hours internationally (depending on location).

What happens if one (or all) of the flights is delayed or cancelled?

Your package will be of the highest priority. In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, The Trusted Traveler agent will coordinate alternate means of delivery to make sure that your package will arrive at its destination on time. We will keep you informed regularly with status reports during the entire process until the situation is resolved.

How will my package be met when it arrives?

The Trusted Traveler will deliver and release the package at the specified location and only to the person designated on the Identification and Release (IRP) Form.

How Does the Identification and Release (IRP) Form Work?

The IRP form is a secure form that only The Trusted Traveler and our clients see. This proprietary information is necessary to insure the safe and secure delivery of the package to the proper people. For instance, if the people on the receiving end do not have information that matches the IRP form, we will not release that package until The Trusted Traveler properly verifies them.

What are the backgrounds of The Trusted Traveler Agents?

We are highly selective with whom we employ as Trusted Traveler Agents. Most of our agents have extensive travel experience, and have backgrounds in Law Enforcement, Registered Nursing, Government Protection, or Military. All of our employees must pass extensive drug and alcohol screening, mental and physical fitness tests, and background checks. We also require that our employees not be addicted to nicotine products.
