A deadhead is a portion of a flight either outgoing or incoming that is not being utilized by any client. Since the flight has already been paid for, any client wishing to use The Trusted Traveler for this flight will not have to pay for any portion of the flight, and pays only a portion of The Trusted Traveler Fee. This service is perfect for our budget minded customers or any customer with a flexible schedule. You can save hundreds maybe thousands of dollars with this service.
